Imagination is now offering a simple and easy way for golf clubs to communicate with their members and visitors via attractive emails.

We have all received HTML emails with images and links in them and most of us wonder how this is done, well now there is a solution specifically for golf clubs.Imagination are able to offer an easy to use application where you can create a database of contacts and then create attractive emails based on templates that we provide. These templates are customized to your particular club with links to your web site for easy access.

Once you have chosen the template you can then replace / insert pictures and create the text that you want to send.

You can specify the subject and easily choose the list of recipients. You can also insert custom fields (i.e. first name, surname) into the emails so that you can create more personalized correspondence.

The system also allows you to insert code into your website (with the help of the web design company) whereby visitors can add there details which will automatically filter through to the data list within the email software. This means that you are building up your database of visitors without having to perform any extra admin.

Existing email addresses can be imported into the email software so you can start your email campaigns straight away.

Imagination provide a standard package of 4 templates with the software. This will give you your own customized heading and buttons that link to pages on your web site. The content styles include text areas, picture boxes with a variation of font styles and colours.

Additional templates are available on request but will be subject to additional charges. The system is designed so that if you have anyone at the club that know a reasonable amount about HTML, they could create additional templates for you.

The Imagination templates will also include an unsubscribe link that ensures you confirm to bulk email rules and allows registered users to indicate that they no longer wish to receive emails from you. For an additional monthly fee you can get an automated unsubscribe facility as well as reports giving information on who has opened the email and who has clicked any of the links in the email to read more.
